The two principals, Derek Wilson and Stephanie Dube Wilson, are graduates from the University of Texas School of Law and are fully licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. In addition to bringing a broad understanding of current legal topics and a passion to learn, each one contributes a unique set of skills and resources to The Drug Ref.

Derek Wilson has connections in every sector of the technology industry. As a 28-year-old with a lifelong passion for technology and business history, he occupies a unique vantage point for how the changing world of tech can be harnessed to solve real-world problems. Derek’s father founded Texzon Utilities during his high-school years and it has been a great influence on him to watch and discuss the business decisions, good and bad, that he had to confront. Derek’s dynamic personality and entrepreneurial spirit is the perfect combination for managing a research team.

Stephanie Dube Wilson has devoted herself to the art of effective written communication. Since graduating valedictorian from her Corpus Christi high school, she went on to graduate number one in her class of 3,300 Journalism Majors at Texas A&M, College Station. She has since supplemented this education with a Masters degree in Science Journalism at Texas A&M and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas. Before attending law school, Stephanie enjoyed success with her venture, The Write Idea: an internet-based writing company that has been contracted by several major magazine and production companies. After passing the bar, Stephanie worked as the lead researcher for a top pharmaceutical litigation firm.
